O. S. Higgins and his wife, Amanda M. Higgins conveys to Charles S. Irwin in village of Lebanon, Warren County, Ohio Lot 5 of Elliote on 25 August 1919. This being the same lot 5 was conveyed to E.S. Walker by deed 11 March 1913 and recorded in Deed Book 97, page 422, Warren County Deed Records.

Charles S. Irwin Obituary stated he died January 1944 after suffering from grippe (influenza) and abdominal condition. Son of James S. Irwin and Alice (McAuley) Irwin and husband of Oma Leota (Balser) Irwin. He married Oma on 25 January 1917 and their only child, a son died shortly after birth in 1918 during flu epidemic.

Grippe is an acute febrile contagious virus disease; especially : influenza 

grippe [grip] popular term for influenza.

James S. Irwin’s Obituary dated 25 December 1930 stated he died near his home in Pisgah, Warren County, Ohio after long illness. Widow is Alice Irwin, children are Charles S. Irwin, Mrs. Charles Coy and Mrs. Harold Balser.

Alice Irwin Obituary died 26 December 1935 died of Heart Attack in Lebanon, Warren County, Ohio –Alice Irwin Obituary died 24 June 1974 from Maineville, Warren County, Ohio and buried at Maineville Cemetery.
