Second, he will and bequeath to his sister, Martha Irwin all my half of 77 acres of land in Range 4 Town 2, Section 9 in Lemon Township, Butler County, Ohio and also all my personal effects. In testimony thereof I have set my hand and seal this 14 August 1879.

Martha Irwin Obituary dated 27 January 1887 stated that she was born near Blue Ball in Warren County, Ohio on 22 February 1819 and died 2 January 1887. Daughter of Col. Thomas Irwin who settled Butler County, Ohio.

 

Martha Irwin’s Estate date 21 January 1887 in Franklin Township, Warren County, Ohio. Administrator of Estate was Thomas Irwin. Heirs were her brother, John Irwin from Blue Ash, Ohio; brother, William A. Irwin from Goleta, California and nephew, Henry Gaskill from Colorado.
