Estate of James Irwin, not found, Will admitted to Record on November 14, 1848 in Warren County, Ohio as recorded in Deeds & Estates Book 1 page 199. I think this James Irwin may be the son of William Irwin and Jane Gordon who died 24 Sept. 1848.

John A. Irwin and Samuel Collins, John Collins, James Bradsford and Gilhard Marshall & Company are sued by David Mason in Warren County, Ohio, Common Pleas Court on 15th day of December 1853. This was land suit regarding non payment of mortgage. It appears that John A. Irwin was deeded the land from Joseph L. Phillips on August 26, 1848. John A. Irwin conveyed by deed some of the land to James Bradsford on May 20, 1850. Gilhard Marshall & Company from Montgomery County, Ohio also hold a mortgage on the land. So, David Mason sues everyone to regain his loses.
