Charles S. Irwin Obituary stated he died January 1944 after suffering from grippe (influenza) and abdominal condition. Son of James S. Irwin and Alice (McAuley) Irwin and husband of Oma Leota (Balser) Irwin. He married Oma on 25 January 1917 and their only child, a son died shortly after birth in 1918 during flu epidemic.
