Estate of William Cox Irwin, deceased, died, 3 February 1896 in Warren County, Ohio. On 12 February 1896, application to be appointed administrator filed, waiver of all the next of kin filed. Bond, $60,000 with G. D. Thompson (George D. Thompson), E.C. Morrison and J. Lee Thompson (John Lee Thompson) sureties. J. Milt Thompson (John Milton Thompson) from Mason, Ohio appointed Administrator. Note: John Lee Thompson is the father of two of the individual who took apart in William Cox Irwin’s estate. His sons, George D. Thompson and John Milton Thompson were apart of William Cox Irwin estate. E.C. Morrison was John Milton Thompson’s son in-law through his daughter, Dora E. Thompson. They all lived in Deerfield Township, Warren County, Ohio. This record can be found at Warren County, Ohio, Records Center & Archives, Deeds & Estates, Book 8, Page 193.

William Cox Irwin is Robert Irwin’s oldest son. R. Argadine maybe Robert C. Argadine the husband of Martha A. Baxter who lived in Deerfield Township in 1880. The Baxter family lived next door to William Cox Irwin. William C. McVay and Robert Irwin are listed as securities on John N. Irwin’s estate (son of Robert Irwin) with William Cox Irwin as Administrator. William C. McVay is somehow related to Robert Irwin’s family.
