James C. Irwin sues Isaac Stubbs Sr. in Common Plea Court, Warren County, Ohio for $13.69 for labor and work he preformed for him in Union Township. Recorded in May Term 1823, Record Book 10, page 198-200. The law suit was given under the hand and seal of Isaac Stubbs Jr., Justice of the Peace for Union Township, Warren County, Ohio on September 26, 1822. Isaac Stubbs Jr. certifies that judgment was entered by him was correct.
