On 22 February 1890, Lydia M. Bowyer and her husband, Edgar A. Bowyer of Warren County, Ohio sold their 1/10th interest in 160 acres in Range 2, Township 4, Section 34 (South East quarter of section) in Warren County, Ohio to William Cox Irwin of Warren County, Ohio for $1,275.00. Witness by R. H. Bennett, Notary Public and W. H. Williamson. Record recorded in the Recorder’s Office of Warren County, Ohio, Vol. 68, pages 628 and 629.
