Walter F. Carr and W.P. Hendrickson witness that Nancy A. Carr died intestate on 25 January 1918 being resident of Blue Ball, Warren County, Ohio and that she was widow at the time of her death. That her one half acre of land in village of Blue Ball, Warren County, Ohio, Section 3, Town 2, Range 4. Nancy A. Carr left as her sole heirs at law, the following persons, bearing the following relationship to her, Walter F. Carr, son, E.D. Carr, son, Adda Hendrickson, daughter, Elizabeth Irwin, daughter, Margaret Augspurger, daughter, Anna Carr, daughter, that by laws of decent of the state of Ohio, said real property descended to them in equal shares. Notarized on 31 January 1919 in Butler County, Ohio.

Nancy A. Carr died intestate on 25 January 1918
