James Irwin of Union Township, Butler County, Ohio left to his daughter, Jane Irwin Whitaker deceased heir being Martha F. Morrrow , by her Gardian, Hugh Morrow, Robert T. Whitaker, David N. Whitaker, William C. Whitaker, Margaret I. Whitaker, Sarah A. Whitaker and Mary E. Whitaker convey to their cousin, William Cox Irwin land that was apart of their grandfather, James Irwin and his son and the heirs uncle and William Cox Irwin’s father, Robert Irwin’s parcel in South West corner of Section 27, Township 4, Range 2 in Deerfield Township, Warren County, Ohio by Sheriff of Warren County, Ohio. The land was advertised and sold at public auction and their cousin, William Cox Irwin purchased the land being the highest bidder on 22 June 1855.
