George Moore Irwin (son of John N. Irwin and Ruth Ann Moore, grandson of Robert Irwin and Lydia Cox and cousin of William Cox Irwin), on 8 June 1891 quick claim to William Cox Irwin undivided 1/10 interest of 160 acres of land in Warren County, Ohio, being South East corner quarter of Section 34, Town 4, Range 2. Also the following tract of 17 3/8 acres, Section 33, Town 4, Range 2 situated in Warren County, Ohio being the same land formerly owned by his grandfather, Robert Irwin, on the South by the land of Robert Oigardine and Jonathan Myers. On the West by the land of William C. McVay. And on the North by the land of Abel Thompson. This 17 3/8 acres in Warren County, Ohio, is the same tract conveyed by deed to his grandfather, Robert Irwin by John Hopkins as Sheriff of Warren County, Ohio dated 2nd September 1826. Also the following tract of land situated in Warren County, Ohio being Section 27, Town 4, Range 2 beginning at the South West corner of the 7.91 acres owned by George Thompson and south on the section line to North West corner 50 acres of land owned by James Baxter with his North line to the lands of William Cox Irwin and thence North with said Irwin line to the lands of said Thompson thence with his South line to the place of beginning.
