Mary Irwin the wife of James Irwin is heir to Nicholas Dawson’s will and she and others are asking the courts to redistribute Nicholas Dawson’s estate on 24 June 1867. Note: James Irwin is the son of Robert Irwin and Lydia Cox Irwin and Mary Dawson Irwin the their daughter in-law.
